My story

 My last cubing competition was Oct 14 2023, So 2 years later, this past weekend i went on a little trip to 2 cubing competitions in 2 days. Both of these competitions had the 3x3 blindfolded event. I signed up for these comps in late September, not having any real successes under my belt and not knowing any of the 3x3 BLD algs. I knew some theory because I briefly tried learning it before giving up. So I basically gave myself a month to drill down 3x3 blindfolded. It's literally such a quintessential storybook of just setting myself an ambitious goal and then pushing myself to work for it. Friday - Berkeley At around noon I drive over to Berkeley before picking up my friend Ashwin who took the Amtrack from Davis to Berkeley.   freshmen, fall freshmen, winter freshmen, spring sophomore, fall sophomore, winter I'm officially halfway 2/3 done with college and I'm writing this post a china-trip + week-into-internship after the quarter ended. Let's reflect over quarter 6 out of 9 presuming that im graduating in 3 years. Honestly I'm porb not gonna write much cuz idk what to write about.  Living off-campus Not much new news to talk about. I went on a lot of runs like 2x a week sometimes more this quarter and rly enjoyed the lsat months living here so close to the ocean. Oh yea I moved out in the last week as we are gonna switch to some apartments in capitola for next year. My new place is pretty nice, I'm probably gonna have a single, its fairly spacious, the rent is insanely cheap, but its so far away. I'm pretty scared for next year living so far away but I will have a car which helps but living in capitola which is just straight up isolated in a city away from campus will be an experie...

SO I've been in Seattle this summer for my internship, and what happens when I open up instagram on a Saturday morning, I see Paper Skies post that hes in my city and the next slide is basically the set times: Now this wasnt the exact flyer the exact flyer had the timings for everyone and when doors opened but I just look at this and I'm just like Paper Skies, CHYL??? AND THEN DABIN?? AND THEN YOU THROW IN MITIS LIKE thats 3 artists that I lsiten to A LOT especially Paper Skies and Chyl. That's when that thought comes in of like "wait what if I find a way to go to this concert" like its honestly crazy reflecting back on this. SO anyway that saturday i had plans of eating lunch and then going to thsi game center with some friends where there was a bunch of Japanese rhythm games and it was quite interesting.  They were all like very authentic Japanese games and ppl were wearing wired headphones and gloves and doing crazy sht like some of these mfs were legit spammin...
