My review on the big trade
I was in school when I heard about it.
Wow. What a trade. Here are my aspects of it.
The cavaliers lost
- Isaiah Thomas
- Jae Crowder
- Channing Frye
- Derrick Rose
- Dwayne Wade
- Iman Shumpert
And gained
- Rodney Hood
- George Hill
- Jordan Clarkson
- Larry Nance Jr.
Wow. There is literally SO much to talk about.
First up
Utah Jazz: Jae Crowder, Derrick Rose
Sacramento Kings: Joe Johnson, Iman Shumpert
Cleveland Cavaliers: Rodney Hood, George Hill
Second up
Miami Heat: Dwayne Wade
Cleveland Cavaliers: Second round pick
Third up
Los Angeles Lakers: Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye, First round pick
Cleveland Cavaliers: Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance Jr.
Now that is one CRAZy trade.
You see, I know everyone on the cavs. And with all these new people, AEIORUHYAWIOERYUWGRYAIWERUAWGTEIURAGEIRG
In terms of starting lineup, they lost
- Isaiah Thomas
- Jae Crowder
And gained
- Larry Nance jr
- Jordan Clarkson or George Hill as Point Guard
Let's talk about the jazz, kings, and cavs trade.
Utah Jazz: Jae Crowder, Derrick Rose
Sacramento Kings: Joe Johnson, Iman Shumpert
Cleveland Cavaliers: Rodney Hood, George Hill
Honestly Jae Crowder sucks. He's just been.....idk
Derrick Rose is debatable. He's been going up and down with all these injuries, but I would want him to stay on the cavs.
Joe Johnson-Remember him being very key to leading the Jazz to the second round of the playoffs. Lost to the Warriors of course, but he's a very good veteran.
Iman Shumpert-Finally got rid of this useless person
Cleveland cavaliers: Rodney Hood, George Hill
I've never seen these two play that much, so I don't know what type of people they are or how they play.
Before I get to the next set of trades, FUN FACT
- Larry Nance Jr. Was born in Akron Ohio!
- Larry Nance, Larry Nance Jr.'s dad won the dunk contest
Time for the big cavs trade
Los Angeles Lakers: Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye, First round pick
Cleveland Cavaliers: Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance Jr.
Isaiah Thomas-Eh. Thought he was good.
Channing Frye-Aw the RJ and Channing Frye "Roadtrippin" podcast started from both of them being on the cavs. Now they're both gone
After watching Stephen A. Smith and Mike Korzemba's videos on this trade, I realized that this trade was good.
Isaiah Thomas was the main issue in the locker room
So after they traded half their team, the new guys will be debuting tomorrow, AND I CAN'T WATCH THE GAME.
But I did watch yesterday against the Hawks.....
Cedi Osman got 32 minutes. and got his career-high
Kyle Korver got 30 points, and he's never gotten thirty points in nearly a year!
LeBron scored 22 points, along with 15 assists and 10 rebounds. Another triple-double
Jeff Green scored 24 points
So the cavs had to play with 10 players.
Their starting lineup was
Calderon-PG
JR Smith-SG
LeBron James-SF
Cedi Osman-PF
Tristan Thompson-C
Cedi Osman's first time starting.
Holland got 20 minutes, which wasn't surprising.
Overall, when I first heard about this trade, I hated it. But after watching videos about it, I liked it.
Who knows, the Cavs could absolutely SUCK with this new team.
