Pokemon GO

So I'm back into Pokemon GO, I guess. I mean I've been back for a while, but I never really said it out loud. Around two years ago, when my sister got a new phone and therefore meant that pokemon GO would never be played again, I decided to make my own account, on my mom's old phone that had no data. The first thing I did was drop an incense down, cuz I can't go out without data! And then before I knew it I caught a Miltank. At the time I was like. Oh cool. Whatever that Pokmeon is. THEN TWO YEARS LATER I REALIZE HOW RARE MILTANK IS. IT'S LITERALLY ONE OF THE RAREST POKEMON EVER. For some measures, in this Pokemon Legends game, Finding Miltank was absolute IMPOSSIBLE, and the stuff that miltank drops out(moomoo milk) is like a 1% chance. So late into summer, i was hecka bored, and I decided to redownload Pokemon GO after seeing someone play it at the outlet. Seriously though. I saw this dude play it at an outlet, and then I just got this feeling

My top 5 favorite artists

Honorable mentions: NIVIRO TheFatRat Alan Walker Different Heaven Jim Yosef Zedd Electro-Light Elektronomia Tobu 5. Axol Songs: Bleed – Axol, The Tech Thieves You – Axol, Alex Skrindo Remember – Axol Mars – Axol Get Up Again – Axol ILY – Axol Firelight – Axol All of these songs are fantastic. Axol is such a great producer and writer, with a unique voice, something he showcases in Get Up Again, ILY, and Firelight. Axol's Remember is such an uplifting song with such intensity, sometimes dubstep. Bleed is another great example, with a great blend and mash of The Tech Thieves fitting voice. He writes his songs in whole different synths, and can create jaw-dropping beat drops, as he did in ILY. ILY is not only a catchy song, but just such a happy yet calming song with an incredible drop, as I mentioned before. He comes up with these awesome chords and melodies with an incredible synth voice based melody in You, which I could tell was made mostly by Alex Sk

The history of my iconic fire deck

The fire deck was built during the beginning of sixth grade. It went on to become undefeated in this neighborhood for two years, still counting. Back then, the neighborhood didn’t really play with energy. The decklist contained some Pokemon like 1x Steam Siege Infernape 1x monferno 1x chimchar 1x Simisear 1x Pansear 1x Litten 1x Torrocat 1x incineroar SM 1x Fletchling 1x Fletchinder 1x Steam Siege Talonflame 1x Volcanion 1x Litleo 1x Pyroar 1x evolutions charizard 1x charmeleon 1x charmander Because these energy-less decks didn’t have energies, I decided “why not add in a whole bunch of Pokemon?” Also, because we had no energy, attacks that said "discard all energies attached to this Pokemon" are ignored. This gives a HUGE advantage to Infernape and charziard, as they can straight up do 200 damage. Looking back on this deck, I realized how stupid I was. I had three stage two lines, all of them being a 1 copy of each

The first day of school..again

last year So this is my schedule Block-Michel Block-Michel Spanish-Singh PE-Machone Lunch Wind Ensemble-Perazzo Science-O'dea Math-Lomas Im excited for the year lol 1-2 Periods       Michel is kinda hard to explain. I can tell she will be a good block teacher. She's so smiley and stuff though. Unlike others, she gave a perfect intro and I think she should be okay. 3 Period       Singh is just the classic Singh, known for giving out one-hour stories of herself. There's a lot of people in my class, and I'd say she's a good teacher 4 Period       I have no idea what Mchone is like because today in PE they literally just had us walk around the track and talk. 6 Period       Perazzo is perazzo. WHY DO I HAVE LIKE NO NEW TEACHERS SERIOUSLY. ALL I HAVE IS ODEA AND MICHEL. 7 Period       I've actually knew O'dea before school because I was in his summer camp before. He taught me how to use garage band, and his TA for

The last day of summer

Image
Today is the last day of summer. Instead of ranting about how summer passed by so fast, I'll try to stay positive.      This summer was definitely a pretty fun one. Although my sister made me do work, I got a lot of free time. Since I couldn't play video games, I would play outside almost every day. I'd mainly just find Adesh or Jio to have a Pokemon battle and trade. When the afternoon hit, the weather would be amazing to play basketball, so usually the four of us, Adesh, Jio, Naveen, and I would play a 2v2 or knockout. There was this one time where Naveen and Jio were both on vacation, so when Adesh couldn't play outside, I would use my computer, whether it was blogging or aops. I taught a Rubik's cube class for two hours every Friday, and at the end of the summer around five people knew how to solve the cube. The others were poeple who missed a week or something, which is why I have a second session for them. I also attended a couple of camps with Josh

Pokemon TCG event

On Sunday, I went to this Pokemon TCG event in GamesOfBerkeley      So, I didn't really say that I play Pokemon TCG, but I do. Whenever people think OOOH POKEMON CARDS, they think of a game they played in 3rd grade. Trust me, Pokemon TCG is hecka fun. Back when I was in third grade, I just thought EXs were cool.      So anyway, in this event I was playing with my fire deck(I'm gonna be making a post about it). SO I walked in, payed my 5 dollars of admission fee, then walked into the room. I saw two people around the age of 18, playing against each other. I immediately felt like this event wasn't gonna be what I thought it was. I said "hi" One guy said "hi, my name is ben" I said "nice to meet u ben, my name is wilson" The other guy said "hi, my name is (i forgot his name let's call him john)" I said "hi John" I shook their hands. I looked at their battle, and I saw a Base Set battle. HOLY COW.

My second time going to great america

My second time going to great america      My first time      This time, my sister was coming with us because she wasn't busy. So, since this was my second year, I had EXPERIENCE. This time, to avoid taking off my shirt, I brought actual swim clothes and fresh clothes.       Anyway, so my dad picked up his same friend from last year. When we arrived, the first thing I did was marvel at the rollercoasters  OPEN UP POKEMON GO. Seriously though, I was hyped cuz Great America was gonna be a great place to play Pokemon Go. There was WiFi at the park! My parents don't really like it when I play Pokemon Go though.... :/ Looking ahead, I saw a billion Pokestops and Gyms owned by all three teams equally. There were so many Pokemon near me, compared to my neighborhood, where the only place I can see Pokemon is in a Pokestop three blocks away. And they're mostly Plusles and Minuns. AHH I HATE THEM. Before I get offtrack and rant about the new neighborhood they built, I'
