2022 NBA All-Star weekend

Pretty exciting All-Star weekend! This one was held in Cleveland. I remember in 2019 or something that Cleveland woudl host in 2022 and idk why but I never forgot about it. The time has finally come. Skills Challenge The Cavs team won by a landslide, deservingly so. I'm so happy for that squad, especially Evan Mobley SHINING WITH THAT FIRST TRY HALF COURT SHOT TO SECURE THE DUB. Their opponents were both pretty trash. The rookies kept missing and the cavs were just overall better on paper too. You love to see it. Three Point Contest  - I really wish CJ Mccolum made his last shot which woudlve given him 21 pts and maybe to the final round. I thought that he had solid contention but wahtever  - I didn't expect THAT type of performance from KAT or Luke Kennard in the first round, especially KAT. And then when KAT popped off with the 29 pts in the final round, it was insane. He absolutely popped off in the first half of the shots, and was solid in the second half. Trae Young was

Injuries

Injuries basically ruin the NBA honestly. Honestly, lots championships can be blamed from injuries on other teams. 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015 all have an asterisk to them honestly. Don't get me wrong, those championships are worthy and deserved, it's just that in my opinion, there is an asterisk. Injuries are part of life, and they are part of the NBA.  SO you thought this would be a post about NBA...no It's about my personal injuries. I never had any major injuries where I broke a bone or had to go in a cast. Those honestly suck. I don't know why that's never happened, I've been kind of close to it before. SO yesterday, I was at the park. We were playing some games when this tall guy pulled up. I knew him from my English class(Dylan Kwong) and if he played basketball regularly, he would dominate. But because he didn't, I coudl still guard/contain him pretty well. It was also very easy to back him down as he didn't know how to play defense that well.

School Update | 2-18-22

I'm starting to lose blog post ideas, but anyway, here's a pretty cool school update. Ever since the start of the school year, there was construction near the back of the school for a new building. I thought this would take like 2 years to build and I never really processed the idea that I would be in the new building for some reason. I just saw it as random construction. Anyway, around two weeks before two of my classes moved to the new building, my physics teacher announced it. I was pretty shocked but also pretty hyped.  Ok anyway, my AP Physics class and Cybersecurity class moved to the new building on 2-15 this week after the 3-day weekend and it was pretty exciting. I tried to take photos of stuff but like I was in a classroom and soem of my peers thought I was sus when I was just taking photos of random stuff lol. Old physics classroom:  About the new buildings, here is the school news show that covered it. The narrator's accent is kinda sus but whatever:  https://

Tracks I wish were on spotify (pt. 2)

Part 1 You somehow discovered an amazing song on youtube. It may have been while browsing an artist you like or a song on your recommended page. Either way, we all discover music on youtube sometimes. "LETS GOOOOOO, THIS SONG IS ABSOLUTE FIRE BRUH" "IM ADDING IT TO MY SPOTIFY ROTATION RIGHT NOW" You try to find the track on spotify...but it's not there.  You stare blankly. All hope is lost. It will be very annoying from now on to play that song.  What a mood killer. Here are some more songs that I wish were on spotify. This is an add-on to the previous post as I discovered quite a lot more tracks fitting under this category. Order isn't based on ranking. Rebecca Black - The Great Divide (Teminite & The Arcturians Remix) This old remix by Teminite features powerful synth risers. The long buildup is all relieved when Teminite's guitars and synth pads storm in. Love the production along this synth break. There is a abnormally significant contrast betw

Old pages

There's no archive sections for the pages that I took down. I'll just archive it publicly in this post. PAGE #1: FAQ 128 VIEWS BEFORE BEING TAKEN DOWN.  FAQ=Frequently asked questions. Here are some frequently asked questions. I'll be updating this list once I think of more questions people ask me a lot. You can ask a question in the comments and I might answer it. How do you post so much on your blog? I love posting and the fact that people read my posts and comment. I love expressing my ideas out and it's awesome. How do you know so much basketball trivia? I am a part of the NBA twitter and Google+ communities, and I watch a lot of Mike Korzemba. I watch a lot of interviews and I'm definitely a big time Cavs fan. Although they suck right now, I still follow the news and all. I take a lot of quizzes online. How are you so fast at solving a Rubik's cube? Another "talent" I have is the Rubik's cube, a puzzle I have solved in 14.35 seconds before. I

I can watch him from my windwo while im doing work :D i go out and pet him seomtimes. his poop is actually very good fertilizer for certain plants so sometimes i pick up his poop. we trained him when he was super young to only poop in the grass and we literally dont have to worry about that ever since he learned. i literally forgot how we trained him lol my mom really likes gardening, like she has a ton of flowers and is at the extent where she is taking landscape designing courses at las positas. She has her own journal for her plants and also a map of the garden. its very cute so because 99% of her freetime is spent gardening, her little buddy prince has been her biggest companion.

history can kinda be interesting

Here is a pretty scuffed post since its been like 7+ days since a post. So like i hate history. i have a passion of not taking ap [history] classes whether its AP world or APUSH. History is boring, you forget everything you learn, it's boring, and DBQs are on the highest tier of things that i hate. so i was in my regular USH class like last week and there was a sub. We were supposed to watch a documentary about the atomic bomb and we did.  idk what but documentaries always hit different. that documentary i watched is prob like 99% exaggerated, well not exaggerated, but like just, the documentary makes everything so significant. they really evoke the "pathos" and emotional side through all those stories and stuff. thats just how documentaries work and tahts the common trend of how i respond to them. so yea, after i watched the atomic bomb on hiroshima documentary, i was like "dang bruh i always cheered on the US for sending this bruh." i was genuinely kind of sh
