Some cubing updates #1

So I'm starting another "series" of posts. Not sure if I will continue this...


Anyway.


So feliks zemdegs beat his own world record(technically he tied with someone, so he beat his own and someone else's record) with the Angstrom GAN Air SM.

Chris Tran released his Angstrom research website with some really high-quality boron treated cubes. Then it got released to thecubicle.us.

They used to sell only the angstrom gravitas and the angstrom dignitas on thecubicle.us website, but Chris Tran released three cubes.

Angstrom Weilong GTS2M
Angstrom GAN Air SM
Angstrom Valk M.

Which is weird because Chris Tran is putting pro-shop onto the Valk, but not the newest version, the Valk Power.

Back to Feliks.

He got the single of 4.22, which is pretty incredible.


A month ago, the multiblind record was beaten.

Someone solved 43/44 cubes.

And multiblind is dying out...

Before this record was 41/41, which was like 6 years ago. Before this 43/44 came, this was the oldest record...but BYE BYE.

Now the oldest record is Feliks Zemdegs OH 6 second solve.


Then I think like two weeks ago, Max Park broke the 6x6 single record. Fun fact, I met Max Park one time, at a Comp.
