Big moves.

BENEFITS

  1. Brooklyn Nets. The Nets have went from a useless and garbage team to a title contender in a year, with the help of two superstars teaming up in Brooklyn. Durant and Irving also convinced DeAndre Jordan to join the sixth seed, and you gotta be furious if you are a Knicks fan because the team on the other side of the river stroke out in free agency.
  2. Utah Jazz. The Utah Jazz front office has been looking good after a steal in the Mike Conley trade, and signing sharpshooter Bogdanovic will give them an extra boost in a potential start. Lots of solid layers on the Jazz now
  3. Indiana Pacers. The Pacers gain a very solid backcourt in FT% leader Malcom Brogdon and Jeremy Lamb. Brogdon is fine with being a bench in front of Oladipo, and the Pacers could make a playoff run next season.
  4. Orlando Magic. After resigning all-star Nikola Vucevic, the 7th seed Magic brought in more help from Aminu, who has proved his worth in the playoffs. The Magic also convinced Ross to resign, and with Vucevic growing, the Magic look more than ready for next season.
BIG LOSSES

  1. New York Knicks. The Knicks went from potentially landing Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and Zion Williamson to...Julius Randle. The Knicks have only won one first round series in the last twenty years, and it looks like the Knicks will have to tank for around the seventh consecutive year. Knicks fans must be furious right now.
  2. Charlotte Hornets. The Hornets have lost their top two players in Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lamb. They were a tenth seed last year, and it looks like they might have to take the tanking routes next year. They did get Terry Rozier, who has proven himself to show up in moments, but with a barely recognizable roster, the Hornets will be one of the biggest losers in the 2019 NBA free agency.
  3. Boston Celtics. The Celtics have been a big disappointment in the second round, being the favorites to enter the NBA Finals. Their two best players in Al Horford and Kyrie Irving are probably going to leave, but they did partially redeem themself with signing All-star starter Kemba Walker. The Celtics can still make the playoffs with a rising Gordon Hayward, Jayson Tatum, and Jaylen Brown.
  4. Philadelphia 76ers. With a possession away from potentially going to the conference finals and NBA Finals, the 76ers had only one chance on letting #theprocess shine with 3 of the starting five becoming free agents. With Tobias Harris resigning on a max contract, they have lost their shooting guard JJ Redick. JJ Redick is a big sharpshooter and is extremely valuable to the 76ers, as their spacing is terrible with a nonshooter point guard Ben Simmons. Who knows which scrub will take over the SG slot for the 76ers now.

There's still no new on:
  1.  Jimmy Butler
  2.  Kawhi Leonard
  3.  D'angelo Russell
  4.  DeMarcus Cousins
  5.  Danny Green
  6.  Isaiah Thomas
  7.  Enes Kanter
  8.  Al Horford
