HOW TO STAY HEALTHY

  1.     When playing pokemon go, people say that going outside to walk and hatch eggs is a good way to get some cardio. NO! HACK POKEMON GO SO THAT YOU CAN SAVE YOUR TIME 
  2. Always eat deepfried foods. Especially deep-fried doughnuts. 
  3. Lifting 20-pound barbells? NO thats a waste of money. Do weights without weights
  4. If your favorite sport is soccer, then BE THE GOALIE. ALL THEY DO IS STAND.
  5. If your favorite sport is basketball, then BE THE CENTER POSITOIN. ALL YOU DO IS STAND IN THE PAINT AND GRAB THE BALL WHEN NECESSARY
  6. Veggies? EW GREEN STUFF IS PROVEN TO KILL HUMANS. eat deep-fried foods, hot dogs, pizza, or anything else.
  7. Eating an egg? ONLY EAT THE YOLK. PROTEIN KILLS HUMANS
  8. Want to go outside? NO BLOG INDOORS INSTEAD IN A CHAIR AND STAY SEDENTARY(lol)
