I watched the first two quarters, and it was surprisingly close. Glad the cavs didn't choke.
I left for dinner in halftime....
What happened when I was gone?
Not that much. All that happened was
The game remained close, with the cavs having the biggest lead of 8 points. Timberwolves wasn't double digits either, so no lead was double digit. Cedi Osman made a wonderful three-pointer. With 45 seconds left in the Fourth Quarter, the cavs were down by 3, 126-129. LeBron went for a clutch three and made it. No one made a shot after that, Jimmy Butler tried but couldn't. The game went OT. Jimmy Butler went for a layup..but got blocked by LeBron. wow. Score:138 to 138. Cavs ball, one second left. Double Overtime was expected. They got the ball to LeBron, and he made a buzzer beater fade away. I found all this cuz my sister has an NBA app with play-by-play stuff. They broke the record for most threes made in a game
Yup. Not that much.
The only buzzer beaters I watched in person was
- Curry against mavericks to break the tie
- Some guy on the knicks made a three to go OT
- Rozier buzzer beater steal and dunk
- Crazy Gary Harris buzzer beater to break PG13's moment
- Jimmy Butler buzzer beater free-throws
If you notice, NONE OF THESE ARE FROM THE CAVS OR AGAINST THE CAVS.
SO STUPID I WOULD TOTALLY WANT TO REWATCH THAT GAME AGUH
