Smoothie recipes that are so easy it's actually easy.


    Recently I've gone in a low-key cooking phase with tasty and bon appetit videos flooding my recommended on YouTube. There are so many videos like "five easy recipes you can make right now!" The first recipe involves something like expresso powder and you have to boil some stuff man. Anyway what I'm trying to say is that these are actually easy.

I've gone through a lot of "testing" basically drinking and adding ingredients and reblending until it just feels right. I've made all of these smoothies enough time to have a perfect proportion so yeah.

If you use premade lemon juice then you're a loser jk. We grow lemons so yeah that's easy. Anyway it's equivalent to I'd say 1/9 cup lemon juice? something like that

ALL OF THESE RECIPES MAKE ONE SERVING

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE RECIPE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries with no leaf
one medium-sized lemon squeezed(add zest if you want)
1/2 cup milk
8 blocks ice
3/4 tbspn brown sugar(can substitute with cane sugar or honey)


1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend




RASPBERRY LEMONADE RECIPE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

3/4 cup raspberry
3/8 cup strawberry
1/8 cup blueberry
one medium-sized lemon squeezed(add zest if you want)
1/2 cup milk
9 blocks ice
3/4 tbsn brown sugar(can substitute with cane sugar or honey)

1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend



(MY FAVORITE ONE) BLACKBERRY LEMONADE SMOOTHIE!

Servings:1

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup blackberry
2 large strawberries
1/8 cup blueberries
one medium-sized lemon squeezed
Lemon zest(from the lemon)
1/2 cup milk
8 blocks ice
3/4 tbspn brown sugar(can substitute with cane sugar or honey)

1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend




Alright that's enough lemonade.



STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE



Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
6 blocks ice

1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend




BLUEBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
3/4 cup blueberry
1/4 banana
8 blocks ice
1/2 cup milk
two teaspoon honey
(optional 1/8 cup yogurt)
(optional 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)

1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend



ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
2 tangerines
1/2 cup milk
7 blocks ice
1 1/2 teaspoon honey

1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend


And of course,



Servings: 1

REECE'S PUFFS BREAKFAST CEREAL SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

1 cup Reese's puffs cereal
5/8 cup milk
2 medium scoops vanilla ice cream
6 ice blocks(can bring down if you want)


OPTIONALS:

2 large scoops ice cream
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
any amount of chocolate chunks or chocolate chips


1. Shove all those ingredients into a blender and just blend




Note that 1 serving for me is 8 oz which is kinda standard.


Well I guess that's a pretty solid collection. I will definitely be working on mango and kiwi but ugh man u gotta add so much sugar. I'll add more as I make more and yeah
